Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all audiobooks and content you create. M4Bindr and its original content remain the property of Samuel Onyeji.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use M4Bindr to:

• Process audio files you don't have rights to use
• Create content that violates any laws
• Circumvent digital rights management

Apple's Terms

Use of M4Bindr is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes.

M4Bindr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.

Changes to this Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use means acceptance of changes.
